Hello, my name is Jordan White

I'm a freelance journalist, writer and editor with specific interests and strengths in music, art and queer culture.

 

My expertise lies in pop culture and the LGBTQIA+ community with huge focuses on social media and the future of music. Profiles on emerging artists and already established acts take the forefront of my writing and have led to contributing work for multiple international publications.

I'm the Assistant Editor for Pictor Magazine: an online platform that champions new music that has accumulated over 6 million views since its emergence in 2017.

 

Previous efforts include writing for HISKIND, a digital and print media platform that spoke to over 2M readers and being part of the editorial team for worldwide style magazines Wonderland and Rollacoaster for their printed issues. Alongside this, I've freelance feature pieces for Notion, Noctis, Euphoria and live reviewed gigs hosted around London for Gigwise.

Festival work includes teaming up with The Great Escape to write artist bios for their on-site public programmes and supervising the box office at All Points East and British Summer Time festivals.
